TeamSystem HR's mobile app is a solution that digitalizes the relationship between the company and its employees. This service, provided by professionals to their clients' employees or by companies to their own employees, enhances processes and communications between the company and the employee, speeding up document sharing, including pay stubs, tax documents, and other digital dialogue functionalities with the company.

The main available features include:

• Viewing salary trends and downloading or sharing readable PDF pay stubs
• Searching for, viewing, downloading, or sharing readable PDF tax documents
• Viewing and potentially editing personal information (residence, domicile, marital status...)
• Viewing and potentially adding, editing, or deleting bank details for monthly salary payments
• Viewing employment contract information (position, role, level, relevant collective bargaining agreement...)
• Viewing remaining amounts from company loans, salary deductions for loans, attachments, social security contributions
• Viewing remaining vacation days, leave allowances, time-off in lieu (ROL), previous holidays, flextime
• Requesting vacations and leaves and checking the status of related authorizations
• Reporting sick leave to the employer by submitting INPS protocol and medical certificate (employer's copy)
• Requesting justifications for absences other than vacations and leaves (e.g., blood donation permission, study leave, L.104 leave) and checking the status of related authorizations
• Using geolocated mobile time tracking for work attendance
• Inputting work hours on clients/projects/tasks while on the go with possible automatic data acquisition through TAG/NFC

The app will only be accessible to users who receive an invitation email from companies they are employed by to use the service; individual functions within the app require activation by professionals or companies.
